50 ph Terms and Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
All transactions on 50 ph are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP) via GCash and Maya. Deposits are credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the FAQ, with VIP members receiving priority processing. You may only withdraw funds to a payment account registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted. 50 ph does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, or any losses arising from technical failures, network interruptions, or third-party payment provider delays. Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
